NathCorp offers maintenance and support services for software products.  Due to the location of offshore team in India we can offer a US – Night support to the vital software application which need 24 hour support.  This 24-hour cycle helps keep the software up around the clock with machines being monitored remotely. 

The Production team provides support to  the real-time online processes by running behind-the-scenes tasks like the daily loading of trade data.  In this process the team not only loads data manually and using automation scripts but  they also fix all the errors identified during loading. All the data loading to application is done by BPEL (Business Process Execution Language ).

Server trouble-shooting is also provided. In this process the team has to ensure that all client site servers and Database servers must be in running state. The team uses Zabbix monitoring tool for monitoring as well as manual verification on a daily basis. This is critical client side trade data which has to be loaded with 100% accuracy and 0 errors. This loading ensures that all trades done in 1 day are available for billing the next day.
